This license is granted upon the condition that the licensed activity will comply with applicable laws, codes and regulations including but not limited to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 148 and Massachusetts Fire Code (527 CMR) as amended.
The Watertown Fire Department (Fire Prevention) will permit the storage facility and the City Clerk will license the facility. These facilities are gas stations, operations with propane tanks and other combustibles.
Annual Registration is required on or before April 30th.
