The Recycling Center is operated by our contractor, Republic Services. They have informed the City that they are unable to manage large curbside pickups during the strike.
"White Goods" refers to household appliances that may contain coolants or other heavy metals that need to be properly drained and handled before they can be recycled.
Per MassDEP law, these items cannot go into the trash and must be recycled properly. White Goods are collected every Thursday.
Please schedule and pay for a curbside collection through the Republic call center by calling either 781-289-0500 or 844-737-8254. The price for pickup depends on size and type of item.

- Refrigerators (remove the door, it's the law)
- Freezers
- Air conditioners
- Dehumidifiers
- Humidifiers
- Dishwashers
- Washer machines
- Driers
- Hot water heaters
- Microwaves
